Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Orlux Creative provides refunds for services rendered. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy in full. As a service-based business, our time and resources are allocated per project, and work begins shortly after booking confirmation. For that reason, refunds are limited and only provided under specific, pre-defined conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All projects require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and initiate work. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. It covers time spent on communication, planning, concept development, asset preparation, and scheduling — even before content production begins.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A project is cancelled by Orlux Creative prior to production, without an alternative date being offered.
  • A clear failure to deliver any work, with no production, pre-production, or communication having occurred.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to orluxcreative@gmail.com within 5 business days of the qualifying issue arising.

4. Services Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the project has begun.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective creative direction after agreeing to the brief.
  • Missed deadlines caused by client delays (e.g., late feedback, missing assets, missed meetings).
  • Completed services, including delivered drafts or final files.
  • Additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope.
  • Social media management packages once content planning or production has started.

Refunds will also not be issued for any outcomes related to ad campaign performance, reach, engagement, or sales results, as marketing outcomes are influenced by external factors beyond our control.

5. Rescheduling and Credit

If a project must be postponed for legitimate reasons, we may — at our discretion — allow the deposit to be applied as credit toward a future project. The client must provide at least 7 business days’ notice to request rescheduling. This credit is valid for up to 90 days from the original booking date and must be agreed upon in writing.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree to contact Orlux Creative first to resolve any disputes before initiating chargebacks or formal complaints through a payment provider. Any unauthorised chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal or collection action to recover outstanding amounts and fees incurred.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and content provided by Orlux Creative (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Services Offered

Orlux Creative is a creative agency that offers a range of services including videography, brand photography, social media content creation and management, paid advertising campaign execution, and digital strategy consultancy. All services are subject to availability and are provided based on written agreements, proposals, or project confirmations. Each project may contain specific terms, deliverables, and conditions that are legally binding upon acceptance.

3. Bookings and Payment Terms

To begin any project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required. The remaining 50% balance is due either at an agreed midpoint of the project or as per the payment schedule defined in the contract. All invoices must be paid using the approved methods outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payment will result in a late fee of £20 per calendar day until the outstanding balance is cleared. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, including pre-production planning or content development.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver projects within the expected timelines. Short-form content is typically delivered within three to five business days, while long-form video content may take five to seven business days. For social media packages, content is delivered on a weekly basis. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond this allowance are charged at £50 per revision. Major changes to the creative direction or requests for reshoots following production may result in renegotiation of the original scope and additional charges.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Orlux Creative retains full ownership and copyright of all raw files, unedited footage, original creative assets, and source material unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the final delivered content solely for their own promotional and business purposes. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, promotional materials, and social channels unless the client specifically opts out in writing prior to the commencement of the project.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, brand assets, and creative references prior to production. Timely feedback, typically within 72 hours of receiving draft content, is required to maintain agreed timelines. Clients are also expected to attend scheduled meetings and respond to communication related to the project. Any delay in providing assets, feedback, or approvals may result in project delays or rescheduling, for which Orlux Creative will not be held liable.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

All bookings are final upon confirmation and deposit payment. Should a client cancel after the commencement of pre-production, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover incurred planning and resource costs. Orlux Creative reserves the right to cancel or postpone projects due to force majeure events, equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such instances, we will work with the client to reschedule or offer alternative solutions where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-performing content and strategies, Orlux Creative makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as views, clicks, conversions, sales, or audience engagement. Marketing performance is influenced by many external factors, and therefore, we disclaim liability for performance-related metrics. In any event, the maximum liability of Orlux Creative shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

9. Use of Website

Content on this website, including, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Orlux Creative unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages or be considered a criminal offense under applicable laws. Users may not attempt to disrupt the functionality of the website or gain unauthorized access to systems connected to it.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you share with us. We only collect information necessary to deliver our services and operate our website effectively.
